All images and videos featured on our platforms are taken without studio lighting or filters — what you see is exactly what you get.

However, if your dress has been stitched in an incorrect size (different from what was provided), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving the incorrect dress back, we will initiate the process of making a replacement. The replacement can be the same design or any other of equal value.

To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, all dresses are packed securely using three layers of protective packaging.
